
Amy is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of Catherine Cundy, LMFT and holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from National University as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Simpson University. With over 20 years of experience in marriage and parenting, Amy’s primary focus is on helping couples and working with families including children, adolescents, and adults.
Amy and her husband have raised two boys in the North State. Together, they run a family business and enjoy traveling, exploring waterfalls, sailing, and kayaking. Whenever possible, Amy speaks on parenting and provides support for marriage mentoring and Catalyst Mentoring for Shasta County youth. She also serves on the governing board of the Redding Chapter of California Marriage and Family Therapists.
